Dengify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our app available on Android and iOS.

Dengify is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). Our app is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not allow or tolerate any form of CSAE content or activity. Users who attempt to share, promote, or engage in harmful behavior will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and work to ensure a safe environment for our community.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, gender, and date of birth.
  • Account Data: Login credentials and third-party login information (e.g., Google).
  • User Content: Videos, images, comments, and other content you upload.
  • Device Information: Device type and Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Enable participation in music competitions
  • Display uploaded content, comments, and leaderboards
  • Send push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging
  • Allow user interaction through likes, comments, and profile viewing

3. Data Storage

All collected data is securely stored on our servers. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data may be shared with trusted services (e.g., Firebase) only to the extent necessary to support core app functionality.

5. Children’s Privacy

Dengify is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we become aware of data collected from minors, we will delete it immediately.

6. Child Safety Policy

Dengify is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). Our app is restricted to users 18 years and older. We strictly prohibit any form of CSAE or harmful content. Any attempt to share, promote, or engage in such activities will result in account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities. 7. Account Deletion

Dengify does not currently offer in-app deletion. You may request deletion by emailing us at: support@dengify.com

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Users will be notified via in-app notices or email when significant changes occur.
