By using the Dengify app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Content

  • You may upload videos, images, and comments ("Content") through the app.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the app.
  • You must not post content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws.
  • Note: Currently, there is no moderation or reporting system in place. We may add this feature in the future to ensure community safety.

4. Competitions

  • Participating in competitions requires video uploads.
  • Winner selection is based on public likes.
  • We are not responsible for disputes arising from competition outcomes.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Post spam, abusive, or misleading content

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

7. No Paid Services

Dengify is free to use and does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from:

  • User-generated content
  • Competition outcomes
  • Service interruptions

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
