A: Try clearing app cache or reinstall the app. Contact us if it persists.

Delete Your Account and Data

If you wish to delete your Dengify account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app:

  1. Open the Dengify app.
  2. Go to App > Open side drawer (top left corner) > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your choice.

Once you request deletion, your account will be deactivated immediately, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days. During this period, you will no longer be able to access your account.

If you cannot access the app, you can also request account deletion by contacting us at support@dengify.com. Please use the same email address linked to your Dengify account.
